About Sehat Nxt

Sehat Nxt is an Indian healthcare platform run by SEHATNXT Private Limited. On www.sehatnxt.com, patients find doctors and hospitals, book OPD appointments and video consultations, and follow their OPD token live, so a doctor's visit takes less waiting and less guesswork.
What Sehat Nxt does
Sehat Nxt connects patients with hospitals and clinics. You can browse doctors and hospitals without logging in, and you log in with a phone OTP only when you book. Depending on the hospital, you pay online or at the hospital. Some doctors are listed as "call hospital to book", where you contact the hospital directly.
Selected doctors also offer online video consultations: you book a video slot, pay the video fee and join the call from the app or website. If the doctor issues an e-prescription, it appears in My Records.
For hospitals and doctors, our sister site www.sehatnxt.in offers hospital management software that runs the OPD queue, billing and records, with plans from ₹999 per month.

Most OPD visits in India still mean sitting in a crowded waiting room without knowing when your number will come. Sehat Nxt changes that at hospitals and clinics that run their OPD queue on the Sehat Nxt software.
Whether you booked online or took a walk-in token at the reception, you can open www.sehatnxt.com/track-visit, enter your name and mobile number as given at the desk, verify with an OTP and see the token now being served, your token number, the patients ahead of you and an estimated waiting time, updated live.
Aarohi, our AI health coach
Aarohi is Sehat Nxt's AI health coach for patients. She helps you set personal health goals, such as eating better, staying active or keeping up with daily routines, and checks in with you through chat and voice calls, with reminders to keep you on track.
Aarohi is a coach, not a doctor. She does not diagnose conditions or prescribe medicines, and for any medical concern she will ask you to consult a doctor.

How we list doctors and hospitals
Hospitals and clinics that join Sehat Nxt add their own doctors, timings and fees. Where a doctor's medical registration number has been provided, it is shown on their profile.
A "Verified" label means the hospital has been onboarded on Sehat Nxt. It is not a rating or a recommendation, and it does not replace your own judgement when choosing a doctor. If you find a listing that looks wrong, write to support@sehatnxt.com and we will check it with the hospital.
Your data
Sehat Nxt data is hosted on Supabase and DigitalOcean on Indian servers. We use your name and mobile number to book your visits, find your OPD token and show your records to you after you sign in.
On the live queue, other patients see only token numbers, never your name. To ask about, correct or remove your personal data, write to support@sehatnxt.com.
