Diabetes diet and lifestyle coach for blood sugar habits
Living with diabetes or pre-diabetes means hundreds of small food and routine choices every week. Aarohi helps make those choices easier, alongside your doctor and the medicines you already take.
Aarohi is an AI diabetes diet and lifestyle coach from Sehat Nxt. For people with diabetes or pre-diabetes, she builds blood sugar friendly habits around Indian home food: balanced thalis, rice and roti portions, meal timing, walking after meals, sleep and stress. She works alongside your doctor and never changes medicines.
What Aarohi helps with
Aarohi focuses on the daily habits your doctor often asks you to work on but that are hard to keep up alone.
- Building a diabetes-friendly thali from what is cooked at home
- Rice and roti portions, paired with dal, sabzi and curd
- Regular meal times instead of long gaps followed by heavy meals
- Walking for 10 to 15 minutes after main meals
- Chai, sweets and festival food planned in advance
- Sleep, stress and routine on busy days
What Aarohi does not do
Aarohi is a wellness coach, not a doctor. She does not diagnose diabetes, read your HbA1c or sugar report as a diagnosis, or suggest any change to insulin or tablets. Medicine decisions always stay with your doctor.
If you share a report, she uses it to understand your situation and encourages you to discuss it with your doctor. If you have symptoms of very high or very low sugar, such as confusion, heavy sweating, shaking or fainting, she will ask you to contact a doctor right away or call 112 or 108.
An Indian plate for blood sugar habits
Many people believe they must give up rice or every fruit. Aarohi takes a practical view: portion, pairing and timing matter. A small katori of rice with a big katori of dal and sabzi is very different from a full plate of rice with a little curry.
She also works on common patterns: sweet chai several times a day, skipping breakfast, a late heavy dinner and fried snacks at evening tea. Each one gets a simple swap you can try for a week. Any specific food restriction should come from your doctor.
Daily calls that make habits stick
Every day Aarohi calls for about 5 minutes at your chosen time, with a reminder 10 minutes before. She asks about meals, the walk after dinner, sleep and how you felt, then sets one target for tomorrow. If your doctor has asked you to keep a sugar diary, she can remind you to keep it up and take it to your next visit.
Habits the whole family can share
Diabetes often runs in families, and food is cooked for everyone. Aarohi's suggestions usually work for the whole household: more sabzi and dal, fewer fried snacks, less sugar in chai and an evening walk together.
Aarohi offers wellness coaching, not medical advice; keep following your doctor's advice and taking your medicines as prescribed.
