PCOS diet coach for cycle-friendly daily habits
PCOS and PCOD can make weight, energy, skin and periods feel unpredictable. Aarohi helps you build steady food, movement, sleep and stress habits that fit your life, alongside your gynaecologist's advice.
Aarohi is an AI PCOS diet coach from Sehat Nxt. She helps women with PCOS or PCOD build cycle-friendly habits: regular meals with protein, fewer refined snacks, walking and strength routines, sleep and stress care. Plans use Indian home food, and coaching happens on daily calls in Hindi or English, alongside your doctor.
What PCOS coaching with Aarohi looks like
On the first call Aarohi asks about your routine, food habits, sleep, activity, the medicines your doctor has prescribed and any reports you choose to share. She then sends a plan PDF that focuses on a few habits at a time, not a long list of foods to fear.
- Protein at breakfast: besan chilla, paneer bhurji, eggs, sprouts or curd
- Regular meals without long gaps
- Fewer packaged snacks and sugary drinks
- Walking plus simple strength exercises at home
- A consistent sleep window
- Stress breaks that fit college, work or home
Food that works for the whole family
You do not need a separate kitchen. Aarohi uses dal, sabzi, roti, rice, millets like jowar and ragi, curd and seasonal fruit, and adjusts portions and order. Vegetarian, eggetarian, non-vegetarian and Jain plans are all possible.
Weight, energy and mood
If weight is one of your goals, Aarohi sets small, realistic targets and follows the trend on the progress page. She also asks about energy, cravings and mood, because PCOS is not only about the scale. Some weeks the win is better sleep or fewer late-night snacks, and that counts.
Private coaching in Hindi or English
Many women find it easier to talk about periods and body changes in their own language. Aarohi speaks Hindi and English, including Hinglish, and your calls and chats are private to you.
What Aarohi does not do
Aarohi does not diagnose PCOS, read your ultrasound or hormone report as a diagnosis, or suggest medicines or supplements. She never asks you to stop or change what your gynaecologist prescribed. If you notice very heavy bleeding, severe pain or anything that worries you, she will ask you to see a doctor. You can book a gynaecologist on Sehat Nxt, in person or by video.
Aarohi offers wellness coaching, not medical advice; keep following your doctor's advice and taking your medicines as prescribed.
