How do I book a queue token?
Search for your doctor or clinic on the home screen and click on 'Get Token'. Your live position will be visible on your dashboard.
What if I am late for my turn?
Please call us immediately at the support number provided above so we can coordinate with the clinic to adjust your slot.
Can I cancel my token?
Yes, you can cancel your token directly from the 'My Tokens' section before your turn arrives.
