BP and heart coach for salt, walking and stress habits

Blood pressure is shaped by daily habits as well as medicines. Aarohi helps you cut hidden salt, move more, sleep better and handle stress, while your doctor manages your BP medicines.

Aarohi is an AI coach for BP and heart health from Sehat Nxt. She helps you build heart-friendly habits around Indian home food: less hidden salt in pickles, papad and namkeen, daily walking, stress breaks and better sleep. She works alongside your doctor, never asks you to stop BP medicines, and coaches in Hindi or English.

Where the salt hides in an Indian kitchen

The salt shaker is rarely the only source. Pickles, papad, namkeen, chutney powders, instant noodles, bakery items, restaurant gravies and the extra pinch added at the table add up quickly.

Aarohi helps you spot your own salt sources and swap them gradually: lemon and herbs for flavour, roasted chana instead of namkeen, pickle on fewer days and home food more often. Your taste gets used to less salt over time.

Walking and activity

Aarohi sets a walking goal you can actually start with, often 10 to 15 minutes after dinner, and builds it up week by week. If you have a heart condition, she asks you to follow your doctor's advice on how much activity is safe for you.

Stress and sleep

Work pressure, family responsibilities and short sleep are common in Indian households. Aarohi suggests short breathing breaks, a regular sleep window and less late-night screen time, and asks about stress on each daily call.

What Aarohi does not do

Aarohi never asks you to stop, skip or change BP or heart medicines, and she does not interpret your BP readings, ECG or reports as a diagnosis. If your doctor asked you to record BP at home, she can remind you to keep the diary and share it at your next visit.

Call 112 or 108, or contact a doctor at once, if you notice any of the following. Aarohi will always ask you to do the same.

  • Chest pain, pressure or discomfort
  • Sudden breathlessness
  • Fainting or severe dizziness
  • Sudden weakness, numbness or difficulty speaking

Aarohi offers wellness coaching, not medical advice; keep following your doctor's advice and taking your medicines as prescribed.

BP and heart coach for salt, walking and stress habits: FAQs

Can I stop my BP tablets if my habits improve?
Never stop or change BP medicines on your own; only your doctor can decide that. Aarohi supports habits alongside your medicines and will always send you back to your doctor for any medicine question.
How much salt should I have in a day?
Ask your doctor for a limit that suits your health. Aarohi helps you reduce hidden salt in everyday food, such as pickles, papad, namkeen and restaurant meals, step by step.
Is walking enough for BP?
Walking is one of the habits doctors commonly recommend, along with food, sleep and stress care. Aarohi helps you build a regular walking routine at a level your doctor considers safe for you.
Can Aarohi read my BP readings?
You can tell her your readings if your doctor asked you to keep a record, but she does not interpret them or change any plan your doctor made. For high or unusual readings, contact your doctor.
Is there a BP diet plan in Hindi?
Yes. Aarohi talks in Hindi or English and builds a heart-friendly plan from dal, sabzi, roti, curd and the food your family already cooks.
Can my family follow the same habits?
Many suggestions, like less salt, more sabzi and an evening walk, work for everyone at home. Anyone who wants their own coaching can sign up with their own phone number so the plan fits their health and medicines.
