Gut health coach for better digestion habits
Bloating after meals, acidity at night and irregular mornings are common, and daily habits often play a part. Aarohi helps you look at timing, food, water, sleep and stress, and change one thing at a time.
Aarohi is an AI gut health and digestion coach from Sehat Nxt. She helps you build habits linked to comfortable digestion: regular meal times, an earlier and lighter dinner, fibre from dal, sabzi and fruit, curd or buttermilk, enough water, slower eating and sleep. She coaches in Hindi or English and suggests a doctor when symptoms need one.
Habits Aarohi looks at
On the first call she asks about your meals, timings, water, sleep and the patterns you notice, such as bloating after certain foods or acidity at night. Common habits she works on include:
- Long gaps between meals followed by a heavy one
- Late dinners and lying down soon after eating
- Tea or coffee on an empty stomach
- Fried and very spicy food on most days
- Too little water and fibre
- Eating fast while working or watching a screen
- Stress and short sleep
Simple changes built on Indian food
Aarohi uses what Indian kitchens already have: curd, buttermilk, dal, seasonal sabzi, fruit and khichdi on days you want something light. She suggests one or two changes at a time so you can notice what helps you.
An easy food and symptom diary
Instead of filling forms, you tell Aarohi on the daily call what you ate and how your stomach felt. Over a few weeks the pattern becomes clearer, and you can take those notes to your doctor if needed.
When to see a doctor
Aarohi does not diagnose digestive conditions or suggest medicines. Please see a doctor if you have blood in your stool, black stool, vomiting with blood, severe or constant stomach pain, unexplained weight loss, difficulty swallowing, or symptoms that keep coming back. For severe pain or heavy bleeding, call 112 or 108. You can book a doctor on Sehat Nxt, in person or by video.
Aarohi offers wellness coaching, not medical advice; keep following your doctor's advice and taking your medicines as prescribed.
