Sleep and stress coach for calmer days and better nights
Late nights on the phone, work pressure and a full house can leave you tired every morning. Aarohi helps you build a calmer routine with small, repeatable habits, and checks in every day.
Aarohi is an AI sleep and stress coach from Sehat Nxt. She helps you set a regular sleep window, cut late-night screen time, time your chai and coffee, take short breathing breaks and build a wind-down routine, with daily calls in Hindi or English. She is not a therapist or doctor and points you to help when needed.
Sleep habits Aarohi works on
Aarohi starts with one or two changes and adds more once they feel natural.
- The same bedtime and wake time, even on weekends where possible
- The last chai or coffee earlier in the day
- Phone away 30 to 60 minutes before sleep
- An earlier, lighter dinner
- A short walk in the evening
- A darker, quieter sleep corner, even in a shared home
Everyday stress, practical tools
Stress in Indian homes comes from many directions: office deadlines, exams, caring for parents, money worries and long commutes. Aarohi cannot remove them, but she can help you build small buffers into the day: a 5-minute breathing break, a walk after lunch, a fixed time to switch off work messages, and talking through the day on your daily call.
How it fits with your other goals
Poor sleep makes almost every other goal harder, from weight to blood sugar habits. You can pick Sleep & stress with up to 2 other goals, and Aarohi plans them together, for example moving your walk earlier so it does not push dinner late.
When you need more than a coach
Aarohi is a wellness coach, not a therapist, psychiatrist or doctor. She does not diagnose insomnia, anxiety or depression, and she does not suggest sleeping pills. If low mood, worry or poor sleep go on for weeks or affect daily life, please talk to a doctor.
If you have thoughts of harming yourself, call Tele-MANAS on 14416, or 112 in an emergency. Aarohi will always share these numbers if you mention such thoughts.
Aarohi offers wellness coaching, not medical advice; keep following your doctor's advice and taking your medicines as prescribed.
